Our Training Goal

STOPGAP’s goal is to prepare and present well-structured and carefully designed trainings, which will assist professionals both in the public  and private sector of all levels to unlock and discover their potential to grow and excel. We specialize in affordable and effective face-to-face training in management, communication, administration, customer service, personal effectiveness and human resources, delivered by a team of industry experts. Our training is stretching, motivating and tailored to the individual learner.

For over one decade we have been developing and delivering one and two day training courses for organizations across all sectors. All of our courses can be tailored specifically to your teams need and delivered at your workplace or our training center. We also run a range of courses for individuals at our training center in Ibadan, enabling participants or delegates to get out of the office so they can network with other learners, build their skills and confidence with relevant practice in a safe environment.

Our Training Approach

We think it’s important that:

    1. Learning should be challenging: intellectually and creatively.
    2. Training is in small groups so that every individual gets one-to-one attention and focus.
    3. Different learning styles are embraced.
    4. Learning is more effective when it’s evaluated and supported on an on-going basis.
    5. Learning should be motivational, relevant and help delegates achieve their goals.

We are passionate about communication and diversity and place both in the heart of what we do. All of our courses contain practical sessions, group discussions, theory and coaching to ensure everyone in the room has a chance to really engage with the training.
